It is my testimony, that God, our Eternal Father, lives today. He listens to and answers every one of our prayers. He loves each of us unconditionally, so much so that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to atone for our sins so that we, together with our families, may live together forever with them. Jesus Christ is my brother. He is my Savior and Redeemer and his blood spilled for each and every one of us. He lives today and is the head of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I know that God and His Son, Jesus Christ, visited Joseph Smith and restored the gospel upon the earth through him. Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon from ancient records and this book helps testify of Jesus Christ and His love for each of us.
I am so thankful for the blessings I have received from my Heavenly Father as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ. Many of my prayers have been heard and answered. My love for the gospel continues to grow each and every day. I am so thankful for a family that loves me as much as I love them. God has blessed us immensely!
These things I humbly and solemnly testify in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

A Call to Duty
In December 2007, Elder M. Russell Ballard of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints issued a challenge to graduating students of BYU-Hawaii to participate in conversation via blogs, chats, etc. regarding the Church.
While I am not a graduating student from this university, I do, as a member of the Church, feel the need to participate in some way.
This blog is my first attempt at blogging, so I'm not sure exactly how things will turn out. Please excuse my "newbie"-ness.
While I welcome your comments, please understand that the main purpose of this blog is for me to become closer to my Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ; to develop a stronger testimony of the truthfulness of the Church; and to share the joy and happiness that the Church brings into my life. Hopefully, you're comments will share the same spirit and also help to make my testimony stronger.
